a lot of people dont realise that Tanjiro turning into a demon was the best thing that could have possibly happened. this is because, tanjiro actually died. believe it or not, he died after the battle with Muzan. the only reason that Tanjiro is still alive is because Muzan gave Tanjiro all of his power, hence, regenerating him, resulting to him still being alive today.
