    After a long time, i have watched a youtube video of 2 hours completely at a streatch. U.Srinivas was born when goddess Saraswathi was in her happiest mood 🙏🙏🙏. And called him back when she is sad and wanted to listen him playing daily...

    What a pleasure to watch him and hear him! No doubt that music was his life! The joy in his face while playing makes it obvious and is indescribable. Infectious too!!!!

    After listening to this concert my heart aches remembering this nada brahma's first visit to USA and staying in our house at East Brunswick, New Jersey. All his team was with us. His concert still rings in my mind. Unfortunately for us, GOD pulled him back to his lap. Chintalapati Sreenivasa Sastry, CA, USA

    Nice. In case anyone wants to jump to any individual piece, here's the full list (any corrections are welcome):
    * 7:15 Viriboni ata tala varna in Bhairavi
    * 12:35 Brief alapana in Naata followed by MahAgaNapathim manasA smarAmi. Also features a thrilling swarakalpanA.
    * 18:40 Endaro mahAnubhAvulu in Sri -- everything except the pallavi and anupallavi has been cut
    * 21:46 A short portion of an alapana in HamsanAda, probably as a prelude to Bantureethikolu
    * 23:38 Narasimha Agaccha in Mohana, with swarakalpanA.
    * 37:40 RTP in Simhendramadhyama. The percussionists join in during the tAnam. The pallavi is followed by a wonderfully imaginative swarakalpana, featuring the ragas -- BahudAri (1:01:45), SAramati (1:05:35), Behag(?) (1:08:47), AndoLika (1:13:17), Revathi (1:16:15), KAnaDa (1:21:53) -- before returning to Simhendramadhyama
    * (1:45:45) Raghuvamshasudha in Kadanakuthoohala
    * (1:52:38)Bagayenayya in Chandrajyothi
    * (1:54:33) Baaro krishnayya

    Après avoir regardé à nouveau la vidéo, je ne sais pas combien de fois maintenant, je suis frappé par le brillance créatrice de l'Mohanam Swarakalpana et la Simendramadyamam Taanam qui est au-delà de toutes les comparaisons! Le dialogue entre Srinivas et le violoniste et les percussionnistes, dans cet aspect communication entre les artistes des instruments différents, est une preuve fantastique du trésor incroyable de la musique carnatique classique de l'Inde! Après la Mohanam le pano de caméra montre les chanceux ceux qui étaient là pour aider (et certains d'entre eux dans leur soie cher qui ne semblent pas être déplacés à tout!) à ce belle performance de mélodies hors du toute descriptions, avec un tel sourire affective, l'enthousiasme et l'imagination de magicien de mandoline traduit, par le droit et la main gauche, l'expression de l'amour telle que, on peut dire que c’est l’image même de Saraswati, déesse de la musique, et qu'il n'y a qu'un seul mot pour le décrire cet assistance. Ananda.

    Si vous avez besoin d'une preuve c'est ici. Srinivas est déjà le maître de l'instrument, il y a trois décennies. Je souhaite seulement que cette vidéo était un enregistrement vidéo multicam, avec une caméra fixée sur ses mains sur les frettes afin que nous puissions voir comment il change la cueillette et la gratter avec la main droite et les presses étonnantes et les patins tranchants sur les cordes avec la main gauche. Je crois que j'ai vu un vidéo où il joue Simhendramadhyamam sur un programme national. Dans celui-ci il est plus robuste et majestueux. Ses swaras Ragamalika dans Bahudari, Kalyanavasantham, Behag, Andolika, Revati et Kananda, en particulier le deuxième et dernier sont absolument charmant et ludique. Le rendu de la dernière rappelle le grand Madurai Mani. Il semble que les percussionnistes sont surpris et muet par son énergie. Srinivas s'amuse bien avec la joie de son sourire correspondant à la mélodie, douce et adorable. Comme d'habitude avec tous ces concerts, il semble qu'ils ne se soucient pas beaucoup sur l'enregistrement du son sans se rendre compte de ce qui se déroulait était une performance miraculeuse d'un génie. Kanyakumari ici joue un violon sans amplification qui nous la voyons jouer ces jours avec Kadri. Elle est clairement une violoniste incroyable.
