When Fingertip was first released, it was met with mixed feelings because it was so different from everything Gfriend had done up till then. Many people weren't ready for a more mature looking edgy Gfriend plus Girl Crush concepts wasn't big yet. So Gfriend hasn't really performed this song much since 2017. It also didn't connect to any other Gfriend MV storyline at the time so for years it was kind of a forgotten title track song since NO ONE really talked about it. Then "Crossroads" happened and suddenly "Fingertip" was reawakened.
Gfriend rarely does that Fingertip concept but if you liking it you gotta watch Labyrinth. It's a B- track but it was really good that it can even become the title track ! It's their latest comeback but they are coming back next July btw ! Their Japan release are very good too. Its obviously sounds like an anime and very melancholy though.
