Nice video . Please disable the Video stabilizer provided by TH-cam. it shakes the video as you move your fingers on the screen assuming the video is shaking and correcting it. see it's negative impact at 04:05

Why is it showing frequency at -70 with nothing plugged in. I plug in a donor antenna and I see nothing.

I have DSA815, my device RF output is more then +30dB, I wanted to measure this, so I add an 40dB RF Attenuator to the input terminal, is there any setting I can do into the AMPT menu to have considered during calculation of my RF power in the screen.

IF Gain is set based on the instrument configuration. The maximum mix value can be adjusted using the MaxMix menu setting located in the Ampitude menu.
You can write more to support@rigol.com for a more detailed discussion.
    Thanks,
    Jason

Hi, great device. Can we measure Z, capacitance or dissipation etc. vaules of piezoelectric and ultrasonic devices. Thanks

If this device is only capable of analyzing above 9 kHz, then what is the point of allowing start/stop frequency under 9 kHz all the way down to 0 Hz? What will happen if I select start = 0 Hz and stop = 5 kHz? What will this device display in that case?

These analyzers can visualize some signals below 9 kHz, but the power is significantly attenuated. There is no specified accuracy, but it can be used to see some signals, so we allow the user interface to make it possible to look at those frequencies.

DSA 815 TG can have the function frequency counter?

Hi. Yes, there is a built in frequency counter that you can use to measure a peak or marker.

The audio quality on this video is terrible. A lot of distorsion. Yout mike is not correct ! Quite hard to the ears...

I see no reason to shell out a thousand dollars plus tax and shipping when a tiny SA spectrum analyser can be bought for less than a hundred dollars. If Rigol is going to stay in busness, they are going to have to produce more affordable products!!! As for the guy that produced this video, I recommend that he find a new job.
