You can't cast ultimate at low HP right now. The animation cast is now delay compared to the old update. It's something that can affect your performance. It's a bug for sure. Even by using second skill while casting your ultimate is delay.

Its too hard to play Argus on mythic bro. None of these builds can change that. Im #6 argus in Poland and its bad when your team su-ks and you cant farm being on 9lvl while enemy jungle is on 14.
