Dear Dr. Omar thank you for your wonderful content. Can you also please explain the reliability test for multiple-choice questions with multiple correct answers?
Hello ! I have prepared 31 questions (including demographics) Almost all these questions have the answers as True/False/Don't Know. I need to test the reliability of prepared questions. Gone through suggestions at different sites, but I couldn't get what exactly I should do. Can I apply Cronbach alpha test for the said type of questionnaire? (Currently, I am preparing for Graduate Research Project of my MBA) Hope I will get some good suggestion and ways ahead. Thank You.
Sir, may I also ask if I should delete items over and over until all the values in the column "Cronbach's Alpha if Item Deleted" are smaller than (or at least equal to) the current Cronbach's Alpha? My goal is to increase and maximize the internal consistency of our questionnaire.
Good day Sir! May I know if I can use this method to conduct reliability test for our self-made MCQ test questionnaire while considering the fact that its items have different level of difficulty? I'm looking forward to your response. Thank you!
@@StatisticsTutor Thank you so much for your clarification, Sir. Someone told me to use Kuder - Richardson 20 (instead of this method) if my items have different levels of difficulty.
i have 12 items with 26 questions in my questionnaire (6 likert scale, 3 nominal and 3 ordinal items). Should i measure Cronbach Alpha for the entire scale ? Or choose some between them to check the reliability of my questionnaire?
When we have data like multiple choice questions: synonym of the word heed is A. Head B. Pay attention C. Do D. Star How would we enter data and conduct test retest ?

@@StatisticsTutor 0.837. And after I deleted 7 items from a 40-item test, the alpha increased to 0.862.
