Loved this! I was trying to avoid my usual PIYO/Jillian Michaels rotation today and this was perfect! It felt alot like Jillian's blocks, but with 1 extra strength and 1 extra cardio move per block really made a difference. (Jill does 2 strength moves and 2 cardio before the 1 core). Thanks for this. Saving this workout to do over and over again.
