1. 1st COAS- K M CARIAPPA , 1949
2.2nd COAS - SAM MANEKSHAW - 1969
3. 1st Field marshal - SAM MANEKSHAW 1973
4. 2nd Field marshal - K M CARIAPPA 1986

A small correction .. Maj Gen Manekshaw is the 1st field Marshal and KM kariappa si the second one

Your correction is wrong first things is maj gen is not rank of field Marshal rank general is become the field Marshal and second thing is first field Marshal is K.M.kariappa and second one field Marshal is Manekshaw

Sir you are the one who is wrong. KM CARIAPPA was not only the first field marshal, he was also the first chief of Indian Army. Whereas, sam manekshaw lead in the 1971 war. I hope you're clear👍
