the game doesn't like to spawn vehicle in your face except as Motorcycle Club President so to save a bit of time, u can face down looking at anywhere except roads while waiting for the vehicle to popup on your map and the game will try to spawn it as near to you as possible. Tho take note if you're nearby places where you're at a drain and there's a bridge above you the game might spawn it on the bridge on top of you instead
