I ate black bear in the mid 70's in Whitehorse, Yukon. and it reminded me of pork, if I remember right. That's a long time ago. Really cute seeing the little one by the fish. Teach them young ha-ha.

We eat black bear it's good. We make bacon and ham out of it.

We hunt them during winter, and leave them alone in the spring when they are mating.
