Thanks for the informative video. I have one question or rather observation:
It's very weird, that the component running on 40 and higher can't access other components while 39 and less can.
Its like saying, anyone who has lock in their house can not steal from other's house, but person who doesn;t have lock in their house can go and steal from other's house even if other's have lock...
