@@MAJafari Yes! Never stop riding lol She’s just crazy, we rode from NYC to Daytona for Biketoberfest this year, her on the Rebel 500 and me on a Tuono V4
Get a Crampbuster and take the pressure off the throttle hand. My Slipstreamer Hellfire 24SS windshield is fantastic and I would never want to ride without it. No buffeting at all~!
i have a 2019 rebel 500. i drive down to Tampa, fl. from Ocala, fl. going to, i take the scenic route, 45 mph, to 65 mph. it takes 2 hours or there about's. i use about half a tank of gas. coming home i ride I-75. the engine does sound like it's screaming, or winding out. but then again i am going 75/80 mph. i am 5' 6'' tall, i suffer no numb butt. i have added a Hellfire wind screen, 1 or 2 inch handle bar risers, floor boards, saddle bags(leather, lockable, formed not hard) and a brand new tool bag to the front fender/forks. i absolutely love my rebel. but i am looking at the Indian scout or the rebel 1100. oh yeah, my gas lasts longer on long rides, city driving really sucks the gas. Anyway, enjoy your rebel, it is a great bike.
Nice! I almost did the same things but so glad I ended up with the 500 for my wife, she’s put 10,500 miles in the first 9 months!
That's just amazing! It definitely is an amazing bike and I also have to do better with racking up the miles. hahaa
