I am extremely happy to see how excited Alane seems about Fruits Basket, this feeling is only almost achieved with the disappointment with the “fans” here in the comments. I don't remember seeing, nor any other channel or series, so many people desperate to give spoilers. I can only hope that someone somehow protected Alana from these spoilers.

It is not shown in the anime, but in the manga, Kazuma lifts Kyo into the air because he can hear the ladies talking about how Kazuma accepted Kyo out of pity and how his life will be horrible because of it, he even tells little Kyo that he must start breathing the air from above, Since it seems from a normal height he is contaminated, referring to the fact that the bad words are contaminating his mind, the ladies shut up after that because they find that Kazuma was disrespectful. For me, that moment was where Kazuma became the best adult character in this series😊
@ellaser93 Yes, but as someone who watched the anime with many who didn't read the manga it's amazing how that phrase you can't find makes a difference to them, at least in my experience
6:29 Honest to all the gods Yuki often pisses the hell out of me. 🙄 He knows how awful the cat is treated by the Sohma family, he knows that Kyo my end up jailed up. He knows that the only person who cared for him was his teacher. He also knows that his mom is dead and father was a jerk. And yet! Because he is jealous of Kyo he treats like crap. 🫠

"oh kyo is a child, he has issues" they're already teenagers now and kyo still uses yuki as a scapegoat so that all the blame wouldn't be put to himself. yes he has issues, but if there's anyone who have all the right to be remorseful, it's yuki. y'all are so bias towards kyo and it shows
@@chlsfd Don’t get me wrong I love Yuki. I love his character arc. But yeah the more I rewatch the show and the manga. The more mad I felt that Yuki doesn’t empathize with Kyo. He knows what pain is to be trapped in the Sohma family specially when it comes with Akito. He and Kyo are on the “same boat” and yet Yuki never talks to Kyo and tells him. “Beating me at a contest or fight won’t solve your problems”…Or something. Yuki just says that “I hate Kyo” and I get that he has also a ton of trauma. And they are clearly projecting onto each other. But jealousy thing I found it irritating. And they never actually talk just until like last chapters. We Know why Kyo is going after Yuki. He basically got brainwashed and gaslit into hating Yuki. Yuki in the other hand had so many opportunities to just confront Kyo. But never took it. (Yes I get that’s part of the character arc) and believe me I also find Kyo’s behavior frustrating at the time. But I know Akito and almost all the Sohma family is ganging up against Kyo. They want him to suffer and be jailed up. Yuki got out of the family home, and now is doing the right thing and slowly dealing with his trauma and grow ming as person. I just really wish he was more upset at the situation that Kyo is in and not just plain “hate Kyo” because he is “ungrateful” and he has a good parental figure and a couple of friends.

"oh it's because he's the cat" too bad, even if yuki wasn't the cat, he's the one who experienced the cat's fate, not just being jailed, but literally with akito who kept on feeding him BS. because that's the rat's fate, he's closest to the god. no matter what, yuki was fated to be locked up with akito who kept on feeding him shits until he literally dies, if not for tohru saving him. and did you actually watched furuba?? literally in the first episode yuki was already asking kyo why he keeps on trying to beat him, why he's never tired of it. did kyo say anything? none. yuki literally don't know the deal between kyo and akito that's why he interpret it as some kyo's indifference coz he's the one who treats each other as enemies in the first place, as a competitor. as i've said, yuki was always the first one to approach him. kyo on the other hand always give him the cold shoulder. (remember the time when kyo just suddenly swing a punch in front of yuki's face and then walked out, remember when they're in the hall, yuki asked him what's his problem coz it's already affecting tohru, and just punched the window, and in their last confrontation, who gave kyo the enlightenment, it's still yuki lmao) as a yuki fan, i find it sooo unfair how he keeps on giving and compromising, kyo never did anything to yuki. but I understand that's part of his character. because as tohru said, yuki is kind. now i don't tolerate any yuki hate coz that guy has all the right to be remorseful, to get revenge to the ppl who did him wrong but chose not to. akito, haru, his mother, kyo, ayame, and hatori. literally all of this characters, he chose to forgive first.
