All of the extra bits of the pig- we call that 'Scrapple' in the States. It's the snout, skin, liver and other leftover bits chopped up and formed into a loaf and fried up for breakfast. It's really good, I highly recommend.

Chicken bakes of Costco are so good. Yes it’s Pizza dough directly flown from the NYC in the shape of froZen dough balls. We use to make naans of that dough and eat it spicy curry. Costco has changed me life.
