Cam ! You only on paperwork if your statements were used to convict someone from the stand while at trial. If a person takes a plea they will not have paperwork. . If a person tells a detective blank person is who I heard did this or that the hearsay can provoke the direction of the investigation. Yet the investigation does not and will not include such statements or the informant will be considered a confidential witness. Paperwork is only produce when someone takes the stand !!! So there can be still snitchin . I’ve been on trial in LA County and know from experience .

i dont know maybe its a Florida thing but i started getting locked up at 12 in 1993 to 2017, been in 7 different county jails in florida, been to prison twice #A-X53788 and everything you say or do is recorded.
Exactly 💯 and Eric Holder does was convicted of a gun charge, he took a plea and it never went to trial. So of course there would be no "paperwork" because there was never a court trial. In LA County the only thing that is public record are court transcripts. Police reports, witness statements and discoveries are not public record in LA County. So if someone else was involved and he took a plea and threw them under the bus there would be no record of it if neither party went took it to trial. So he could have snitched, and I think he did. But I doubt that's why he killed Nip because that case was like 6 years before he killed him.
