Today, we have my long-time friend, best-selling author, channel, and filmmaker Darryl Anka aka Bashar.
For over 35 years, individuals from all over the globe have journeyed to experience renowned channel Darryl Anka as he brings through the remarkable non-physical being from the future known as Bashar.
Along with Edgar Cayce, Seth, and Abraham-Hicks, the Bashar material has been heralded as some of the most relevant, compelling, and dynamic information delivered to the planet to date.
In addition to channeling Bashar, Darryl expresses his creative talents in the forms of writing, directing, and producing films through his own production company, Zia Films.
Darryl’s recent documentary, which he wrote, produced, and directed, entitled First Contact, explores his life as a channel and the messages Bashar shares through him.
"When the telepathic message first awoke in my mind, the word “Bashar” came along with it. I assumed this was simply the entity’s name. However, I realized, based on Bashar’s descriptions of his own society, that in their world, they are all telepathic and do not use names as we do. Since he knew that we would need to call him by some name, the name Bashar was chosen.
Bashar is an Arabic word, probably chosen because my heritage is half-Arabic, although I don’t speak the language. I had no idea what the word meant until someone fluent in Arabic told me it means “messenger,” or more specifically, “bringer of good news.” Thus, while not literally his name, the word is certainly appropriate to what Bashar does."

The follow your passion sequence, Validation of what we are experiencing as well as an explanation of cliches (why they ARE cliches).
Biggest takeaway is that I need to let whatever wants to come through, come through! I know I am a channel just scared it's not going to be a channel for good! But after hearing this interview I know I don't need to worry. My vibe is too high and loving for anything negative to come through! Not sure how I got that from this but I did and I needed that! Thank you to all involved!

I am new to Bashar's teachings, but resonate whole heartedly with his message. It took me well into my late 50's to understand the importance of unconditional self love. Once we understand there is a pure, loving, divine and intelligent energy that flows though every cell in our bodies and connects us all, we can teach ourselves to live life without guilt and blame. We are all doing the best that we can with the knowledge and understanding we have at the particular space and time. I used to be addicted to Bashar videos but got away from them as life started spiraling AWAY from Happy and got pretty dark for me and I LOST MY EXCITEMENT and WAY......But,,,,what I have learned from all that,was I had an Ego Self that fought me RELENTLESSLY,,with Beliefs that kept saying ,' NOT YOU!!!!YOU CANT HAVE THIS OR THAT OR THAT,OR THAT!!!' On and On and On😔.,......I had to engage in PRAYER FOR HELP to lift off this Heavy Blanket by filling my Head/ Mind with , 'THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU'!!¡!! I feel like I've grown up on Bashar. First time I first started to learn from him was when I was around 15, now I'm 36 and I'm still amazed and reminded :)

The idea of looking at obstacles as an opportunity really struck me. I feel overwhelmed much of the time by things that “go wrong”. Whether it’s home maintenance or life issues, I tend to feel like I can’t conquer it all and I realize this comes from a place of anxiety and fear.

That story that Darryl told about his friend, a Photographer that gets to fly around the world to the most iconic spiritual places on the earth 🌎 for free, and turns out that she got more than she ever dreamed of. Well I'm a photographer as well and I do get to live my passion in my photography, but I haven't had the opportunity to fill my dreams to visit all special places myself and experience to take my images to a new level and share to the world. Thankyou Alex for the most pertinent questions. Thankyou Daryl for the most perfect answers. So much was answered for me especially the part about finding and acting on an idea or an inspiration and that difference between forced effort and just flowing. I can’t really express in words but I have understood what I needed clarity in. This was the most nourishing talk that I needed to listen to. I have been in the field of showbiz for 38 years in my country and achieved great success but acted upon my urge to call it a day, an urge that was nudging me for over 12 years! But getting out of the loop was not easy being one of country’s very known performers I didn’t want to make a drama and melodramatic announcements, but wanted to ease out of it. For the next decade I continued but each performance was harder. Six months prior to covid I announced to my team that I am taking a break, a sabbatical because I knew if I said this is it I’ll have everyone on my neck to stop me from doing it. Saying it was a break was easier and lo and behold blessed Covid hit us. I was never so happy. I genuinely could now ease out. But every time now when I tell people that I am not sure whether I want to restart they feel so horrified always worried about what I will do with myself now but they have no idea how content I am! This talk has given me many ideas. There are things I’ve always wanted to do but was afraid because I am shy. You get judged more when you have been a celebrity but now I will look at the signs more carefully.

I only came across BASHAR ,acouple of months ago..dint know how I hustvpicked his messages up from here and felt hangon....The biggest momment was yesterday and the parallel realities principle hit me and I understood what he means. For the1st time of hearing many talk about them. Over many years I now get it..Amazing..and the things Alex speaks of could be me sat there...being blocked..hating the work I do in my job...but I now see they have served me very well..and i feel the blocks are lifting..and I see my work completely different..i FEEL conpletely diffetent...I'm excited for what's to come. I am new to Bashar and really liked Anka’s common sense approach. Besides messages for lessons from the universe getting bigger til you learn them, I've found after the big whack on the head and you learn a lesson, the universe can give you smaller whacks to make sure you REALLY learned it.

i spontaneously started channeling one day and i find darryl anka’s perspective to be super helpful for figuring out what is going on
Just to correct something: during the middle to late 60s/70s as an outgrowth of the Hippie era there was plenty of "New Age" activity/metaphysical stuff around especially in the Bay Area between San Francisco, Berkeley, and surrounding suburbs. They were flourishing. There were readers, and metaphysical bookstores A PLENTY- so the 80s weren't the dark ages at all.

this is so true. I remember myself going out even though I had planned to sit in my room by myself and think about/study something. In the end, going out opened my mind and helped me with a solution I may never have thought of sitting by myself in my room .....

Basically what i get from all of this, is live with full focus on what you do. The only reality in our life is what we believe. Outside energies can present 'challenges ', we do what's required without judging it. Keep mood , energy up. ( 2 years of contemplation). ???
