Yes, he is probably the best pianist on TH-cam. But there's at least one musician with almost no recognition. Channel name danbluedeer. Mr. Estrem performs amazingly on acoustic string instruments, from ukulele to lute. Check it.

Just WOW. I've often heard people marvel at the speed in which a rag time pianist can play with their right hand but many forget the absolute precision required for the left hand skipping around the keyboard like so. Just outstanding !!!

As I was listening to the arrangement I thought "Huh, this is pretty neat," and I assumed it would go on like this. But then I got to 1:37 and boy was I excited about the change! Just as my excitement got to its maximum and threatened to go down - BAM 2:26 and yet another variation came by.
And that's just the rough structure, take the awesome solo-ish parts in the right hand to account and I think I've found my favorite piece of piano music in a relatively long time.

I think I have rewatched this more than any other TH-cam video. Love it.
This is JUST what I needed to hear. If music could "hit the spot", that's what just happened for me. To something so simple and elegant and epic brought to a more complex, retro, happy style really moves you when you can quite clearly see the dramatic changes that were made, but somehow still include the original chords every other chord and every once in a while, all in sequence.
