Hi, I am not sure whether to get the swivel head line leveller, or the fixed? Our machine is sideways to us, not straight in front. So would I need the swivel head one so my wrist isn't held 90 degrees. Or can I unscrew the fixed head type, turn it 90 degrees, then do the allen key back up? or is it totally fixed? Also why do you recommend the fixed head type? don't you need it to turn because the big bulk spools are so much wider than many reel spools, making the line come off on a severe angle. Wouldn't the fixed head one get heaps of friction an heat build up on one of the three little silver guiding wheels on the leveller? I really need some help before ordering. I am ordering other products from you too btw, not just the Level head line leveller. I have also left a phone message on your answer machine. Cheers heaps, David Scott from over the ditch in NZ.
