Well done! After many years, I've come to believe focusing on God and Love is important in this process and more comforting and safer. On a related note, in the many NDEs I've heard and read, those who are sent back are often told to be more loving. Those that experience the Absolute report It's Unconditional Love beyond what language can even begin to describe. This suggests to me that Love is extremely important in this life and the next.
Kundalini is absolutely not the Holy Spirit sorry as I have seen many people delivered from that unclean Spirits only in the name of Jesus Christ a baptism and infilling of the Holy Spirit is necessary right after otherwise it will come back and bring more spirits that aren't as nice

I like his distinction between some New Age interpretation of kundalini (achieving higher states of consciousness) and a Christian ideal of living a God-centered life. About the last five minutes of his talk contains key points for me--I would love to hear him elaborate more on that material.
Just because kundalini is real doesn’t mean Jesus didn’t die on the cross for our sins because we still sin kundalini or no kundalini no human can be perfect even if we awaken our kundalini. That is my view on the subject as a Christian that has had some psychedelic experience which I believe can also awaken your kundalini although I don’t think it’s the best way

The reason you are confused and scared is because it’s from the devil. I have had kundalini and the Holy Spirit and they’re similar but one is secretly bringing you down. Kundalini Leaves you confused, Holy Spirit is the spirit of truth and discernment so you will just know when you have it… you’ll know what is fake and real and the serpent kundalini is the same one that tricked eve in the garden don’t fall for the same trick that humans have been falling for forever

Kundalini is known Holy Spirit in Christian tradition. Also known as Ki, Chi, Prana... it is Primordial life force energy. Thank you for posting.

I feel like kundalini energy is awakening in me, but not in full intensity. I am a Christian. Scared, church doesnt support. What to do?
