I need some guidance on your pulleys.
I used a buddies G15 as a test to consider purchasing one and ran into a problem with the pulley system design. Hoping you can help us resolve it? The label on the machine says “use the BOTTOM carabiner when using a single pulley (4:1 ratio). However when doing this when the pulley mechanism is lower to the floor (like for bicep curls or lateral delt raises) the bottom pulley cord rubs significantly against the top stop plug and Carabiner and it can’t move freely in a straight line but must move around those upper pulley cord pieces. I would normally just have used the top pulley instead of the bottom but the sticker on the G15 says not to. How do you deal with this? I have to believe we are doing something incorrectly? Thanks so much!

Did they ever get back to you? I just use the top one. As you said.. if you use the bottom one it will rub against the top one. They're commercial grade cables so it won't do anything... it's not like you're gonna be using a full stack on the top cable alone. 👍

@@Leightontipping they did respond. They said that that sticker was a mistake. I removed it. But based on the position of the pulley, if you are going to use one, use the one that is closest to your direction of pull angle when in upper or lower position

@marcloev2072 yeah that's what I do. I thought it wouldn't make sense otherwise. The demo video, you see them using the cable individually at the top too. The machine is class. Just wish they sold the jammer arms as an individual attachment because £899 for an upgrade is a bit of a con.
