Never work for TCS infosys Accenture Tech Mahindra. If you have to join because of some reason then start learning more skills and leave these companies as early as possible. These companies have dog shit projects, dog shit codebase. You won't learn anything here, maybe you will learn to write even worse code than you already write. And these companies don't care about your work life balance. They will pay you less and make you work like slaves. Only join if you have financial problems like you need to support your family
some things you say are correct, but it doesn't apply to all the projects, also you should try to understand this companies are the one's giving employment to a huge number of people, every year around 1 lakh people join tcs as fresher,
