I think Russians are one of the most misunderstood people.. people tend to compare them to what the media says..which gives a wrong idea of how nice..great and welcoming they are.. definitely every country has its positives and negatives thus we need to focus on both when dealing with everyone ..but they're nice people ...politics aside

This dude filmed a video in St. Petersburg and Moscow. These are the only two cities that resemble Western civilization. All other places in Russia are complete hell with crazy people who will pray to Stalin (who destroyed Orthodoxy and killed a lot of people). So don’t tell me about "bad western media".

Why are so many of the Russian women so beautiful and stylish 😊?
Simple, it is the culture to represent themselves well. All those met and you would see on the streets are well educated, highly cultured and attractive. I have lived in St Petersburg for 23 years and the women are GREAT, I never meet one who is not nice, well mannered, smart, stylish, well educated and highly cultured. The men are also friendly, fit, well educated and well mannered. Men from the western countries always comment about how much more pleasant the Russian girls are than their own because a bizarre anti-man culture exists now in North America and Europe that never existed before about 15 years ago. American men for example, unless wealthy can't get a date let alone a girlfriend. The entire society is hostile to men. Marriage and birth rates have dropped dramatically. In hiring or getting access to university women are given strong preference, but those societies are collapsing. The marriage rate has dropped in Russia also but the birth rate is increasing. I meet really nice sweet, attractive girls every day. That would only be possible if I was much younger better looking and rich in the US. So the same 5% men have all the dates and the normal men are completely ignored or ridiculed. The majority of 30 year old males in the US have never had a girlfriend while 50 years ago 90% would have been married by age 25.Many blame Social Media for the collapse of relationships because there is a direct relation to this collapse of relationships and ease of access to internet by phone. Here in Russia, everyone lives on their phones but there is a difference, here, there is real culture and it is safe to go out and meet random people, so every club, restaurant, walking street is full of people interacting. I walked a lot last night but stopped in two places, a small club with live music and made acquaintence with 2 girls sitting next to me, very nice, happy cheerful girls who loved to dance, it was I had my pro grade camera with me(I am a professional photographer who primarily works with actors portfolios and the movies industry) and took some flattering photos of them and we exchanged contact into with a promise to meet again.Then I walk to another place where there is a very good house band and on Friday nights the band will have possibly 30 songs rehearsed with a sign with QR codes so singers, about 20-25 each Friday, pick up songs they want to sing. It is not the common karaoke found elsewhere but people taking singing seriously to hot live band. I exchanged contact information with 9 girls there and finally walked home at 2am. They are all a lot younger than me but I am accepted as good guy. Before moving to Russia I had a music industry business, a large recording studio that produced a great many of the hit albums of the 70s, 80s and early 90s before the record industry collapsed due to digital made copying recordings the norm so sales of new records dropped by 95% in 2 years of file sharing. So when I make suggestions for their singing they are very appreciative. I took about 80 photos, danced a lot, and only had one beer. The entire late afternoon, to 2am I spent only $12 that included a large pizza, and two beer and met 7 new girls who were really nice, friendly, happy and attractive, with whom I promised to contact them again. All of them spoke English, all were fit, I do not even know a female who is overweight and all had beautiful smiles and personalities besides being attractive. I almost feel guilty became my countrymen back in the US seldom meet any females who are pleasant and fit or any females.
A very big mistake foreign men make coming here or to Asia is focusing on finding a mate and then trying to take her back to the US or Canada. If there were sweet, feminine, happy, fit, and attractive here, taking her to a society that is broken will break her also. It is unfair to the girls, so if you want a great wife and family move to the countries that produce and nurture those traits. Russian girls are great because they are the product of a society that allows that joy. The customs, the ease of living regardless of job type, the support systems like excellent free medical and high priority on education and culture, the low stress, lack of bills and debt, most young people over 21 or so have a university degree and own their home so more of their income can go to socializing, travel, clothes etc. They are happy because of the very low stress levels people live in. Take one of these lovely girls to the US or UK and she is not prepared for the division, debt, stress, danger, the need for wariness and fear. A man moving TO Russia drops into a society that is low stress, low cost of living, low risk and it feels like every day is a fantasy vacation. I live in a city center apartment, about 72 sq meters, and my basic cost of living is $5/month for phone data, and $6/month for 330mb/s second fiber optic internet that is unmetered, about $50.mo for transportation, and then food. The shops, supermarkets and fruit stands are cheap, have healthy organic foods, non-GMO, no chemicals and much cheaper than in Europe or US. Medical is free, education is free, I have easy access to more world class museums, opera houses, drama theaters, concert halls, beautiful safe parks(600 in this one city), the beach, 44 islands of the city, art galleries and all culture is easy access and affordable, free for students. There are more world class museums in this one city than all the US combined. A top flight opera might be $20 while a lesser quality in the only city with regular performances in the US, the last time I was there was $800/seat at the MET. Only the rich have access to culture in the US or Europe and here it is part of everyday life. Talk to any 10 year old child and that have experienced the arts in all formed more than any 20 adult Americans have combined. Access to the arts makes a population civilized and livable.
So there are many reasons why young Russians are so happy, cultured, friendly and well mannered but they really are. Every time I leave my front door and walk, I know I am going to meet interesting people, see interesting new things and have no problems. A better life and relationship is not found by going to another country where people get long, and bringing them back to your society that is broken. Get out of broken societies and go where the people are happy, secure, and friendly as the norm. That is the real secret of life. Do not dream, do. Planning on changing sometime in the Future is not solving the problem, did it now.

I used cash during my stay in St Petersburg. The border control is very tedious & strict but I didn't encounter any issues. Had a great time!

Every people including the Russians allow foreigners to be in their country "temporarily as guests" if they don't plan to adopt the culture. Don't be surprised that local people don't want another culture to be near because this is a dividing factor, not uniting. There's must be something ultimate that unite people together on a certain area. E.g. I don't mind african people in Russia if they what to become russians and the skin color doesn't matter at all. But I dont need a little Africa inside the Russia because I want my childs, my people to be like me, behave like me with my culture in veins and I want to preserve my cultrue.
You should tell that to your countrymen living in countries like Germany or Austria who don't adopt the local culture. Plenty of russians in these countries who don't even speak proper german, let alone adopt german customs.
@@georgesahmad1790 most of these people are those who moved under the repatriation program of Germans and Jews. and poor integration is a real problem for them. I think people should integrate, but at the same time maintain their identity

@@georgesahmad1790 since the moment they changed their permanent location they are your problem now, not mine. I stay in Russia and I try to make sure we send back those who don't adopt. According to the last few years it looks like EU goverment is not interested in preserving its culture, they prefer to seem good people taking all the migrants on board. That's also an option, but I think different. I don't mind to look "bad" a little bit for aliens who don't really influence my everyday life=)

Если бы они не делали ничего плохого, не повышали уровень преступности итд к ним бы не было такого не хорошего отношения. Они приезжают так скажем со своим уставом в чужой монастырь, из за не желания интегрироваться в русское общество, не желания учить язык а просто начинают устраивать гетто, нападать на людей, резать баран на улице, снимать квартиры и селиться там по 100 человек итд. Как они исправят эти моменты, так сразу же отношение к ним изменится. Так что всё справедливо и чётко.
Не испытываю негатива к какой-то нации, но да, есть проблема нелегальной трудовой миграции, которая вызывает раздражение. Потому что люди живут, как в гетто. Но это относится не ко всем. У нас снимал квартиру таджик, он держал магазинчик неподалеку, к нему периодически приезжала жена с ребенком с исторической родины. Соблюдали чистоту, порядок. Жена всегда угощала нас чем-то, когда мы заходили.
В Москве один таджик ударил девушку кулаком в лицо, за то, что та была в слишком коротких шортах, она занималась спортом, бегала, температура была плюс тридцать, позже на допросе в полиции таджик сказал что спасал девушку от греха. И к сожалению такое поведение не единичный случай. Ведут они себя по хамски, оскорбления женщин у них норма, рукоприкладства тоже, а ещё лезут со своим уставом не туда. Им дают заработок, взамен от этих лиц отвратительное поведение, нежелание соблюдать законы и светские правила страны в которую приехали.

С одной стороны, все правильно говорят ребята и девчонки. Мы рады всех видеть у нас. Да и народ России очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный.
Однако! Каждый второй говорит, что хочет быть "гражданином мира". Блин, что это? Где есть такое гражданство? Если ты гражданин мира, то значит ли это, что Россия для тебя не является Родиной? Какое-то омерзение чувствуется после таких фраз.

Man, in my classroom from childhood in deeepest corner of Russia(Magadan Oblast) was kids almost every nation(except black ones, but its not matters), was jew, tatar, was indigenous peoples of the north(asians alike), and so it is almost all over Russia, everyone is used to the fact that everyone lives together, everyone with their own identity, but these are the same people, the same friends, the same strangers from the street, like everyone else
