Why are we all here judging the vocals and not just appreciating the performance. Scratchy harsh horse tired and she absolutely slayed it. I personally like the breaks and harshness it’s add more emotion
I can tell Tina used up her vocals with all her over-excitement during rehearsals as her voice is way too scratchy compared to other performances! But still, one of her best! A little over excited with her ad-libs but I love it ha!

Tina is a great singer. I have been a fan of hers for many years but that night when she sang Chains on The 1994 Australian Music Awards it was awful. To me, she over sung it.
I couldn't disagree more. First she is pushing down on her larynx to the point where she is cluggy and then when she goes for that 'Big D note' her vocals are strained and hoarse.. It's not one of her best performances, not by a mile.
She is by far the best SINGER we have today.
