Anyone coming here that happens to play Terraria, I have included this version of "Zanza" in a music mod! The mod replaces all of the normal music tracks in the game with Xenoblade tracks. Check it out here: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2454973271
Funny thing is not long after my Shalk says that, Shalk soon follows up with a "sorry I can't"... Dickhead Zanza whips my Shalk's sorry ass into absolute oblivion on my first run 😂
I think it's the guitar. DE overall sounds more professional, but the grunginess of the original isn't well translated. You Will Know Our Names has the same issue
@@cheecanpeecan1838 So like, from my perspective, it's a lot of little things. The DE vocals are cleaner, but lack the same, like, echo-y resonance the old vocals have that really fit the arena. The newer vocals are also warmer in tone, and sound a little more, like, close and intimate, whereas the old vocals sound colder and more distant, which i think fits the tone slightly better. The echo on the new vocals sounds more artificial too, the older vocals just ring out more. The new guitar is punchier and meatier in the bass, but lacks the longer, more extended notes of the original, so it feels more percussive, but less tuneful. Though, there is also a new guitar flourish towards the end that's only in the DE version that I really like. The piano in DE is louder and clearer, better mixed, and adds a few additional flourishes that really add to the track that the original lacks. I also think the violin shines through better in the DE mix. So, when combined, the best bits of each track shine through, making something better than either of the base tracks.

Best played during the Time Eater boss fight in Sonic Generations, regardless if it’s PS3/360/PC or 3DS.
Lovely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would´ve called this track, The alpha and the omega, Zanza the divine.
Incredible
I definitely prefer the more enunciated piano in this version of the song
