This episode of The Itsy Bitsy Spider cartoon series was animated overseas by Bobby Hsieh's Hong Ying Animation Co., Ltd. in Suzhou, China back in 1994, a Taiwanese studio based in Mainland China who would went on to work on various shows such as Hey Arnold! and Sonic Underground.
