Just FYI guys, I watched a video of a girl in Korea who got the Rejuran shots because of the benefits (this was 2 years ago, before the hype reached America). It’s famous in Korea for being available for all types of skin tones. But she ended up getting an allergic reaction, and had hives all over her face. While injection is more invasive than topical products, always go in with caution when introducing a new product! What works for 99% of people may not work for you. Great video Kelly! Love the comprehensive overview and detailed information about your experience.
PDRN is my new obsession! I have super sensitive skin with mild rosacea so I cannot use vitamin c and not even retinol for beginners because my skin reacts badly so copper peptides and PDRN are my favorite anti-age ingredients. I bought Rejuran ampoule (the silver one that is fragrance free) in Hong Kong and after only two weeks of use - combined with G&G peptides serum - my skin is more plumped!! 😍😍 I’ve to be honest, G&G serum is nice, hydrating but I got the wow factor only after incorporating Rejuran ampoule! I also got Rach PDRN booster serum in Thailand which they say it’s the new Rejuran, we’ll see! ❤
I have the same skin type and have started getting PDRN treatments in clinic (they inject it all over your face), I'm hoping it will help with the sensitivity/rosacea. I will look for a topical PDRN product but here in Europe we are not very advanced in terms of new ingredients... I have also started using the G&G peptides serum. 😅
I’ve been loving that genabelle toner for the past couple of months! I feel like it is very good for wound healing! I have the Vt one as well but haven’t been using it for as long. Thanks for the video!
Love that you did this thorough video on this new trendy ingredient! Came across the Rejuran Healer Turnover Ampoule DOT Dual Effect PDRN last year as my friend tried the Healer injections, and my brother especially felt he saw an improvement in his ice pick acne scars. Would be really curious to hear your thoughts on that product if you get to try it! ❤
I have tried a sample of the cica reedle and my sensitive skin absolutely loved it. Next morning all the redness and inflammation gone! I have placed an order for the PDRN toner, very excited to try it out
I listened to this video while doing my skin care routine. Later today I'm going to sit down with a cup of tea and pen and paper at the ready. You will have my full attention. Thank you so much for explaining PDRN. ❤
I use the VT PDRN without the reedles as I want to use up the reedles. I also use the reedles. 50 in my morning routine and 100 300 and 700. I am actually really happy with the result. 62. Dry skin when I do not take care of my skin. ❤
Rose extract can actually be very helpful for rosacea, sensitive skin and acne. Rosewater or hydrosol is especially gentle and cooling and can help with redness. It's also anti-inflammatory and contains constituents which specifically fight acne-causing bacteria. Always patch test first though because we can have sensitivities to anything 🌹💗
I never actually heard of this before but started to see it on a few Japanese skincare youtubers videos, it sounds interesting, a bit like peptides maybe
How do you know the spicules wont get stuck in the skin like tiny shards of glass? Dr. Dray had mentioned this possibility just fyi. Because of this, this is a hard no for me with regards to using spicules in skincare as a means to "open" pathway for skincare penetration.
Yes I've seen that video, honestly, they aren't that big and don't go as deep as a microneedle so the idea of getting stuck for any length of time seems unlikely. I've seen other professional sources refute the idea but with something so novel you won't get the wealth of data to emphatically prove or disprove the theory.
I got my VT PDRN after your winter video and now trying it out. How’d you advise to use it with tretinoin? I’m 6 months in, smallest dosage, alternate nights - don’t have any irritations and results are great. Would you use it alongside tretinoin? Before or after? Or only on “tretinoin free” night. Thanks a lot! Great video as always.
My skin has been so sensitive lately, specifically my lips and my neck that I am very reluctant to add in anything new. So I will not be trying PDRN products at least until my skin calms down.
I've been seeing facial pads that have the "needles" built into them. That seems better than the spicules since they don't stay on your skin. Have you tried any of those? I found one on YesStyle- LAGOM Peptide Micro Needle Patch.
The Medicube PDRN, I noticed some website said it uses Rose but then another website said it has 1% Salmon PDRN. I’m really confused. Is this depends on region? Hopefully you can confirm this. Thanks!
When I clicked on the video, I thought it was the serum 😢. I ordered from stylevana, they have a good deal on right now, but I have to wait 3 more weeks 😅
I couldn't commit the money to another serum with fragrance, however it does look interesting because it uses some forms of vitamin C for brightening and the Salmon PDRN.
My medical expenses prevent me from trying the latest in skincare, and this is a pretty pricey product so I doubt I’ll get to try PDRN, though it does sound interesting for sure!
Ur Amazon PDNR reedle shot link doesn't work it just goes straight to the PDRN essence. I don't see the PDRN reedle on Amazon anymore 😢 that is the one i want to try and i dont want to wait a month to get it from Stylevanna and supposedly they are having a BF deal soon . Wonder why the other reedle shots are in there but not the PDRN or the Glucosamine one, I can only vita the regular cica , A retinol , collagen one .
Hi kelly can we use vt PDRN essence with retinol or not. Also guide vt reedle shot cant be used with retinol or it is only sufficient for antiaging skin ❤❤❤❤From Pakistan
Does anyone know a PDRN product without niacinamide? I have very sensitive skin and it doesn't like niacinamide, but it's very difficult to find any products without it...
I think it’s a bit funny that you can get it in the US. In Denmark we have been using PDRN for years. And also for arthritis and muscle diseases. And we use the PDRN from salmon eggs and from the human placenta. “Vegan” PDRN is a no, because it’s not actually the same as from salmon or placenta… I personally would compare it to snail mucin and the vegan mucin…. There are so different from one another
I wish I could use real salmon PDRN but I'm allergic to seafood and my medical team advised against it. I'm trying some of the vegan alternatives though so hopefully I can get similar results!
Rn I’m using the medicube PDRN which is rose derived (smells divine plus my skin loves rose) but it stings a bit on a broken skill barrier which I don’t love cuz I like to use it with my Qure microneedling kit, so I’m considering trying a different next round-I’m thinking either VT or IOPE 🤔 I love the medicube PDRN mask tho 🤤😍😍
I was going to buy the Medicube PDRN and didn't know it was derived from rose! I'm allergic to seafood and my medical team advised against using traditional PDRN products so I'm looking into alternatives, thanks for the rec 😊

❤ You turned me onto azelaic acid, been loving the Nineless one, trying their kojic acid serum, might be a keeper.
Your videos are so helpful - thank you for sharing a great vegan option ❤
I love the way you explain everything. Thank you! Can you dive into the IOPE PDRN? That’s one I’ve been eyeing for a bit
Love your matching PDRN sweater and candle! 💕💓💞

I was literally waiting for this video!
Plz make a video on your current skincare routine 🥺💖

Park Drive Reverse Neutral anyone?
Jokes aside, thanks for introducing PDRN

Awww I'm honored to help!
Hello kelly so gorgeous as always , thanks so much for this video ❤😊 xx
Thank you, Deborah!
I still prefers Probioctics/Fermented as the new trendy ingredient for this year's skincare scene 😂
Fermented ingredients are always amazing, especially for that healthy glow!
I got my VT PDRN after your winter video and now trying it out. How’d you advise to use it with tretinoin? You can use it in the same routine as your tretinoin!
Great Video Kelly
My skin has been so sensitive lately, specifically my lips and my neck that I am very reluctant to add in anything new. So I will not be trying PDRN products at least until my skin calms down.
I’ve also seen a PDRN serum from coffee by IOPE, I wonder if you have tried that…
I've been seeing facial pads that have the "needles" built into them. That seems better than the spicules since they don't stay on your skin. Have you tried any of those?
I found one on YesStyle- LAGOM Peptide Micro Needle Patch.
I WAS JUST WONDERING ABOUT THIS LAST NIGHT. MIND READER 😂
The Medicube PDRN, I noticed some website said it uses Rose but then another website said it has 1% Salmon PDRN. I’m really confused. Is this depends on region? Hopefully you can confirm this. Thanks!
Love your tops 😍.
I'm still not convinced by PDRN. I don't like salmon sperm in my skin.
What about the Genabelle pdrn serum????
When I clicked on the video, I thought it was the serum 😢. I ordered from stylevana, they have a good deal on right now, but I have to wait 3 more weeks 😅

Hi kelly can we use vt PDRN essence with retinol or not. Also guide vt reedle shot cant be used with retinol or it is only sufficient for antiaging skin ❤❤❤❤From Pakistan
The essence can be used in the same routine as retinol. The reedle I would not suggest using in the same day as retinol.
Does anyone know a PDRN product without niacinamide? I have very sensitive skin and it doesn't like niacinamide, but it's very difficult to find any products without it...
🐝
Looks like your reedle shot Amazon link is wrong. It takes you to the essence.
Thanks for the heads up!
We need more sperm products
Oh yuck. And I thought snail Mucin was gross. This is a whole other level of 🤢🤮
