Hi alina! I really appreciate your enthusiasm towards guiding new aspirants for stependium Hungaricum ❤....can you plz guide me about universities which i can choose for architecture without ielts, tofel or ibt😊
Hi! Thank you, I'm happy the video was useful for you. Here you can check the architecture programs and universities: apply.stipendiumhungaricum.hu/ I'm afraid that would not be possible to get admission without any official language certificate, but I recommend you to check each universities requirements and official Call for applications.
Hi Alina! Thank you for making this helpful and informative video. Im planning to apply to UPecs but in two different faculty. Should I write the motivation letter separately or just one and focuses more on the UPecs?
Hello mam! In the motivation letter, we are required to "make headings" to answer the questions mentioned on the Stipendium Hungaricum website under the motivation section.
Hello Alina, I would like to ask: 1) If you apply to 2 different universities for the same program, do you have to make 2 separate motivation letter and upload it? and which one should you put to the provided tab?
Hi! Yes, it’s better to make them separately. The main content doesn’t need to be different, just the name of the universities, maybe some important things about the university, or the particular curriculum, so that each uni sees that you did your research. When I applied I had two different tabs for two different unis. If you only have one, then I’d recommend you to insert there the more general version of you letter (same content, but no university names).
Hello, Alina! I have read some comments and saw you saying to write 2 different essays for universities, but I could not find how to address my letter to one university specifically in the SH website. Should I write my motivational letter not including names of the universities?
@@imarex2643 Hi! Yes, you can write one general letter for the SH website, and two specific ones and attach them to the « Documents » tab. Hope that helps! Good luck!
Hello Alina, if you write two specific ones and attach them to the tab, when you submit will they send three essays to the same university? Let say, I write the general one, then specific one each for university A and B, and attach them in the Document tab, after submitting them, will the university A and B receive three motivational letters, including the general and two specific ones. Also, do I need to submit to one university at a time or both simultaneously?
Hi Alina, I need your advice. I’m planning to apply for two very different majors, and I remember you mentioned that it’s possible to create a general version of the motivation letter. However, how should I approach this if the fields are entirely unrelated? Also, how many words should the motivation letter ideally be? Thank you
Hi it's an issue I'm facing as well! Planning to apply to MPH but there's only one program offered, so I am thinking to choose MBA for the second option, but idk if it's a good choice coz it's quite unrelated to MPH. What programs are going to apply to?
@ hii sorry for the late reply, I’m applying for Earth Science bachelor program and the other one is Chemistry! I haven’t decided yet because It’s very confusing for me to make the motivation letter. May I ask about your progress on your motivation letter?
@Raelalylia Hello! I'm considering MPH but unfortunately there's only one program for MPH so I'm thinking to apply MBA for the second option. I am not done yet with the motivation letter but I kinda have the idea what to write already. Maybe you can brainstorm ideas about your chosen programs with AI and see which ones are in line with your aspirations :)
Hi Alina, i just got to see your content and I really appreciate what you are doing, but I have an issue, for the motivation letter page there is only one page to write in there, no uploading, so how do I address the two separate universities I chose.
In the motivation letter section you can write the general version (not specifying university, just talking about the program and so on) You should be able to upload separate files in the « Documents » section. Try it and let me know how it goes.
Hello, i am applying for two different programs in the same university but the faculties are the same. Should i write two motivation letters? Or for only the one i prefer.
Hi! Well, it’s always better to write two letters. You don’t have to change the bulk of your letter (like you background etc.), maybe just slight difference in the details of how you’re are going to use you degree in the future. I don’t know what you apply for, but e.g. you apply to civil and electric engineering. They are both engineering and there’s some overlap in courses, but you future job/masters/research will look differently.
will it affect my application if i did not write the information at the top corner although i had written them in the application of the scholarship.....please reply me ...i am so nervous as i forgot??????
Hi, I am applying for 2 different universities but in the motivation section there is only 1 motivation letter that I need to write. Could you give some tips about how to make it general?
You can print out you letter, put a signature and then scan it. For the future you can take a screenshot of the letter, and crop out the signature as an image. Later you’ll be able to insert this image with the signature into a word document. And if you then convert this word doc into pdf it will look perfect
Hello alina my motivation letters is exceeding 4000 characters limit although main content is confined in 2 pages but I don't think that I can reduce it upto 4000 as I have already reduced it a lot . Any advice can you give?
Hi! It’s still better to try and reduce it down to the specified limit. Motivation letter not only shows how much you can write, but also that you’re able to stay in the specified limits, a skill important in academic life. Note that the name, address, date etc. (not main content) do not need to be counted the word count. Maybe that was the problem.
@@alina_akhmetovva thanks for the info. My main content is of 4265 characters after reduction but as u said, I will try to limit it to 4000 characters but the second university which I am applying to has written motivation letter between 3000 to 3500 characters 😭
Hey Alina! In How many Universities we can apply and how many fields ?And if I'm Applying specific fields in one university can I apply for the same fields in other universities that are available for scholarship program. I will really appreciate your help kindly Guide me. 🏵
Hi! For BA you can usually apply to two unis. It is important to put the priority one first in the list, so that if you get admitted to both, you’d go to the one that you wanted more. Yes, applying for the same field in different unis is perfect.
Hi! The last time we only needed to write two motivational letters for two different unis, no additional letter for scholarship. It is basically one letter, if you choose the same program in two different unis, you'll just need to change the name of the uni and some other details regarding the city etc. If they ask to write a separate letter for scholarship, then you can again take the same letter, just remove the names of the universities and submit it this way. When I was applying I had to submit only motivation letters to 2 universities.
@@munazammalik5305, No, in the motivation letter for uni you only need to mention why you are fit for the program, why you want to study in their university.
