    Why it is a=-g at all
    When substance is going downward it should be +g isn't it?
    So how can i find it ?

      g(acceleration due to gravity) is positive if initial velocity is given from high point(if an object is thrown from upward to downward position)

      This happen due to graph of x-y axis ,you known in downward ,,y -axis value is negative

    Mam value of g is constant then why vertical component of the velocity is changed at every point.
    Plz answer

      Because although g is constant but nit zero so when body is moving vertical component of v gos on decreasing as g acts downwards so it is a retardation for the vertical motion.
