he is selling arts..once we paid for the artwork, it becomes our property..he can only put his signature to show that it is his artwork, but he could no longer claim that he owns the artwork..hence, he could not put a copyrights there
I was in Key West and we stopped to watch a street artists like this he did a beautiful painting and no one was buying it so I gave him $20 for the painting even though I didn't want it because I had nowhere to really put it. We walked down the street went to a bar and someone at the bar said I love that picture I said you want to buy it and he said how much I say give me an offer he said 40 bucks I said sold and when I left the bar I walked by the artist told him what happened and gave him the $20. We both felt great
