When Yannic uploads a video, I click 🙂. Fantastic work, man! I really enjoyed this video. As you may know, I have been doing exactly the same this year with badgers. It's really nice to see how someone with a similar agenda approaches the subject. Loved the badger photographs at the end, and the marten captured by your action cam. It came so close! I would love to get up there with you in those German hills. It seems like a magical place. I was in France last July, in the Loire Valley, where a similar landscape can be found. I looked for badgers, and quickly found a few holes with badger signs. Since I seem to have long COVID, I was too tired to out at night and confirm my suspicions. In my badger episode, you can see how our local forest is infested with stinging nettles, making it very hard to see and capture the badgers. This is due to the sea clay in the soil, which is rich in nutrients. Your forest is nice and open, with lower nutrient levels, making for an ideal location to see the badgers. Just a small pointer: the audio level of the music is considerably higher than your voice recording. Perhaps lowering the music audio level, and increasing the voice recording (normalizing) will provide a better audio experience. I try to stick between -6 and -12 dB in Adobe Premiere.
