the achilles is pretty rare

all you gotta do now is get rid of the (what seems like) thousands of armor sets that arent very memorable or even good looking, and get that classic halo armor style back! im not saying bring back the existing armor, but it would be nice to have armor that looks like armor, and not a bajillion small pieces with too many edges and unnecessary lines that make a glove.

You've gotta admit though, the amount of bullshit Armor variants is really annoying. It's just filler so you can't get the good stuff.

Great game after Reach and 4. True skill ranks, equal Arena gameplay, huge competitive support like 2 & 3.

PsychoSeal1 Reach was a great game. Halo 4 while having a phenomenal campaign was lacking in the multi-player department.
PsychoSeal1 right, it was a bunch of good things in one but not a single great thing. They tried doing so much with a small campaign and it killed it. They should have focused on one set goal and not worry about all the other characters. I know it's setting up for a great halo 6 but we had to suffer with halo 5 to get there.
I just realized the thumbnail is an homage to the old Halo 3 picture of all the permutations lined up

The Hayabusa armor set in halo 3 was due to a partnership with DOA were they got a spartan character and we got the armor so I doubt it will ever come back
Microsoft doesn't own the rights to the Hayabusa armor.

Man... I remember when this pack came out I was so excited because I could finally get some helmets that I actually wanted. I grinded for hours and finally had enough for it, it was after midnight sometime when I finally had enough but then the pack was gone. The wreck system in this game was so frustrating. I quit Halo 5 for over half a year after that. I spent so much time grinding for packs and getting helmets I thought looked stupid. I finally quit this year. I only play MCC now. I have a problem with playing roulet to unlock things but I decided to only play games I find fun and not just because they have a deceptive and addictive unlock system. I could not be happier since quitting halo 5 but it still brings back bad gaming memories.

It's been there before the Reach update, the Decimator armour is a Mark VII which was designed to look like the Mark V[b]
HAWKB13 except it doesn't really look like it lol. It only kind of resembles his helmet instead of being a real classic throwback like the rest of noble team's helmets
That is awesome. IMO Reach had some of the best Helmets and the fact that you guys are actually ADDING armor to the game (rather than unlocking armor that was already built in from day one) is amazing to me. Wish we had this back in the days of Reach and Halo 4 but no matter, you guys are doing it now, and that's what counts. Thank you.

Generalkidd Yep, Hayabusa was very popular. Maybe they'll add those in time. Someone did an updated concept of it for H4/H5 if you google it.
What sucks for me my halo 5 disc is broken like when I put it in it says not downloaded or something so I delete it and reinstall

EricTheCleric and after doing so, I now can obtain it without spending a single bit of cash.
EricTheCleric that's like o time at all to unlock that many helmets. Reach you'd of had to play for 30 for 1. Stop bitching it's not unreasonable. Plus if you already had points or sell everything warzone related like I do cause I only play arena. I just have a couple days worth of gameplay and have 40 percent of everything unlocked and it's a ton of shit. The time it takes is not that bad at all.

I see a lot of people wondering where Hayabusa is. Thing is that armor came from a small crossover with "DEAD OR ALIVE" so unless they want to do another we most likely will never ever see that armor again

Lost_legion _army Yes, but it's something they're actively working on. For the moment, the REQ level changes make it easier to counter other REQs even when at a lower REQ level than the enemy team (which is often the case when against a better organized team).
