Today we’ll be doing another “Follow my Instructions” video to help you relax and sleep. This will include light triggers (follow the light), guess the card, guided breathing and relaxation, counting, and more.

That’s awesome! It’s actually a breathing technique that I saw in Departure Episode 2 by ASMRRequests. It’s also the only one that doesn’t make me feel like I’m suffocating.

Love this one so much, so soothing ♡ The light bit was really neat, Idk if anyone else experienced this, but i was able to predict where the light would show up next everytime shed say to open our eyes?! Awww thank you! It’s honestly exactly what I did in my previous makeup video, but with Revlon kiss cushion lip tint in fancy rose, and a very light amount of colourpop super shock cheek in between the sheets. Unfortunately the video is not really true to color and both look a lot more rosy and less peach in real life. I actually prefer how they looked on camera, but they’re still very pretty. :)

I freakin’ love follow my instructions and follow the light videos! They’re my favorite. That being said, that was the fastest breath counting ever. I had to break the rules and follow my own count of 4-3-8. If not my heart rate would’ve ended up on high. Other than that though, this is great!

update 1: just finished the breathing one, feeling pretty relaxed so thats good
update 2: just finished the light one and the one before that. feeling more tired
update 3: finished the card one. i got the very first one and the first red one correct. im very tired tho-
update 4?: im very very tired. im in the middle of the "blink" one, very satisfying
update 5, final one: at 34:18 now. very surprised i made it thru the video, ill definitely be watchinf this again.

I sometimes have a hard time with breathing exercises because focusing on it can make me feel like I’m suffocating.

Oh no! Ear buds are pretty good because it can actually feel like the talking is right in your ear, but for me nothing beats my Bose headphones that I’ve had for 4 years.
@@VedaASMR The only problem I have with ear buds is their not very good at noise cancelling so I always prefer headphones.😊 My headphones can be wireless and the binarul works like that but I always forget to charge them lol so I don't win😂
