  • Hybrid tunnel ovens are generally comprised of complete units of individual ovens with a band width of 0.6 - 1.5m which can be different in way of heating and heat transfer into the baked product.
    In this video you can see the combination of direct heated oven and air impingement tunnel ovens (also called conventional tunnel ovens) .
    These complete units of baking tunnel ovens can individually be constructed from ovens with direct heating, indirect cyclothermic heating and indirect convection heating. All these types of ovens (as individual one or as complete units) are produced and supplied by our company J4 s.r.o.
    The lengths of these complete units of baking ovens, that differs in the way of their heating, is variable and generally it is determined by the requested production technology for the given production line. Hybrid ovens are produced mainly for various sorts of cookies, biscuits, sponge cake biscuits etc. Using of ovens is suitable also in case when the production of the specific product is needy for baking in combination with drying, resp. only drying.
