      @@TalhaMert-ml3xy Yeah, let´s compare a Mike Tyson who just got out of prison with a man that had the luck of training a lot more than him, i think it´s obvious that Ironmike in his prime would destruct Holyfield just like the other ones that faced him in that moment. Obviously Evander was a great boxer with a lot of talent, but the explosive style, and the power and speed of a Tyson in his better moment can beat him for sure.

      lol its the other way round....mannys punches don't hurt that much , he knocks you out because of his amazing timing and accuracy so you will get knocked out fast from manny., mike s punching power is legendary..its his punch that will rearrange your face and break every bone. You would recover from manny knockout, you wont from mike that a a fact. Manny has about 600-900 pounds of pressure in power punch, mike will have over 2000. I respect Ali a lot he is an amazing boxer and there will never be another boxer like him but all he used to do was run around the first couple rounds and tire out his opponent and then attack at the end. He even admitted on numerous occasions that that was his game plan. In my opinion Mike Tyson wouldn't have been an idiot and tire himself out and let Ali run around through so many rounds. Also Muhammad Ali's punches weren't even that hard, I'm not saying this, a lot of boxing analysts have said this as well, Ali's punches weren't hard he would just be quick and tire his opponent, which once again I don't think that would work on Tyson. That is just my opinion. I think Tyson would have beat Ali. I respect both of the boxers a lot.

    I'm glad to see that most people here are not claiming ali was the greatest. No doubt he was good at the time, but Tyson would have killed him. It's annoying that even boxers of now go around claiming ali is still the best ever purely because everyone is frightened to claim otherwise. Tyson does not get enough credit for how good he was

    • @jaaayj5474
      @jaaayj5474 9 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Marvindorfler1 Lol if you honestly think Tyson was the greatest you don't know about boxing, Tyson always and I mean always struggled against good boxers, Ali wasn't a good boxer.. He was a great boxer, with one of the most effective jabs in the heavyweight division ever! Tyson relied on intimidation, As soon as someone stood up to him and if they was able to box he was in trouble, take nothing away from what Tyson done, Yes he was the youngest heavyweight champion of all time, But if this man was ducking Lennox Lewis for years imagine what he would of done in Ali's era, Ali fought allot harder hitters than Tyson Shavers and Foreman too name just a couple and look what he done? He beat a fighter who was very much like Tyson in Joe Frazier but what separated Mike and Joe Frazier was that Joe had so much heart and wouldn't quit against anyone.. When things didn't go Tyson's way he quit .

    • @Adam-ez7dk
      @Adam-ez7dk 9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I disagree .. Tyson was the package speed ferocity power skill. He didn't duck anyone at his best. Everyone wanted to fight him in the later years after prison etc. He looked unstoppable in his prime even Cusd'mato the professor" of boxing said in his statement if he continues the way he's going he'll be the best boxer we've ever had, check it out on TH-cam.. But he obviously drowned before he peaked to become the complete boxer. I don't believe there's a number 1 in anything but their hasn't been anyone with all the tools like Mike had in boxing as yet. Those that remember the Arena was on heat when Tyson entered, forget the ring. Opponents were like "hey what am I doin here".
      By the way check out his older fights 86-88 and see his reflexes much sharper much faster bobbing and weaving. You don't see much of that when he fought in the 90s

    • @jaaayj5474
      @jaaayj5474 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tyson didn't duck anyone in his prime? Then why did he and his camp pay lennox lewis instead of fighting him?? Why did he never fight Bowe? Why didn't he fight Foreman even thou Foreman by then was obviously a old man on his ' comeback ' to becoming the oldest heavyweight of all time. Think you'll find Mike dodged all of those. As I've stated in previous comments Tyson relied mainly on fear, Yes he had speed, Good reflexes ( for about 3-4 y years max ) and was powerful but put him in with someone who wasn't afraid of him and could box and he would struggle everyday of the week, further still put him in against fighters that we're like himself, Frazier, Foreman, Liston to name just a few and I think you'll find Tyson again would struggle. As for calling Cus D'mato the professor I don't see that either? Cus in my humble opinon was not a better trainer than Angelo Dundee, Nor was he better than Eddie Futch, Lou Duva , Going back even further Jack Blackburn. Cus was a very good trainer yes but wasn't by any means the best.

      you just cant accept the fact that holyfield used steroids and lennox lewis wont have a career if bowe fought him in 1994 and if tysonmfought him in 96 lewis would be knocked out.ali has a share of bums but to me aint the grwatest foreman got beaten by young and tucker beat young convincingly even lyle almost beat foreman whom cooney knocked out in 1 round. so what are you saying cooney got knocked out by holmes and spinks whom tyson beat ferociouslu

    In his prime Tyson's fights were like in a video game where all opponents move really slow and you instead just drank the speed potion. I never saw anything like that. Like a Super Saiyan. Tyson was sooooo fucking fast, precise and powerful, he made his opponents look amateurs. I know everything (i mean everything) on heavyweight boxing betweem 70s, 80s and mid 90s. But with Tyson for me boxing finished. If anyone would ask me who is Joshua and if he ever won a world belt, i couldn't answer and honestly wouldn't even give a fuck.

    • @alias3549

      sto paragonando l'effettiva potenza dei pugni; se credete che ad Alì sarebbero bastati i pugni pesanti di iron mike per andare giù vi sbagliate alla grande.
      Quando Alì incontrò George Foreman esso si poteva vantare di 40 vittorie e 0 sconfitte...37 di esse erano per KO...sai cosa vuol dire? Non credo.
      Foreman non si è fatto le ossa con mezze seghe; bensì con nomi del calibro di Joe Frazier, (detentore di un record di 29-0 con 25 conclusioni anticipate fino al loro incontro) o atterrando due volte nel corso della seconda ripresa Ken Norton (30-2). Vatti a vedere i crateri che lasciava nei sacchi (quelli più pesanti esistenti) dopo una sessione di allenamento...li dovevano buttare!...d'altrode da 193cm x 118 kg di peso che ti aspetti?....Lo sai come è andata Alì contro Foreman?
      "L'incontro è considerato una delle più grandi dimostrazioni di pianificazione strategica e di esecuzione tecnica mai viste in uno scontro di pesi massimi. Ali si presentò all'incontro con un piano tattico, lo portò a compimento e ottenne in cambio l'onore di essere uno dei due uomini al mondo ad aver conquistato il titolo dei pesi massimi per ben due volte.
      Lo scontro mise in evidenza la grande capacità di incassatore di Ali e segnò un drastico cambio nello stile di combattimento del pugile: la precedente agilità impareggiabile e la grande mobilità vennero sostituite dalla tattica più passiva del "rope-a-dope". Il cambio di stile era stato reso necessario dalla lunga assenza di Ali dal ring.
      Nell'incontro Ali mise in mostra una resistenza fisica mai vista, resistendo alle centinaia di colpi di Foreman, di cui molti a segno nella zona delle reni e alla testa, senza apparente effetto."
      ....Ripeto: Se davvero credete che tyson avrebbe battuto Alì solo per i suoi pugni allora non capite davvero un cazzo; Alì lo avrebbe distutto prima psicologicamente e poi fisicamente,tyson sarebbe stato l'ennesimo toro e Alì il Matador.
      Ah poi se ti vuoi vedere Tyson contro Foreman ti puoi benissimo guardare l'incontro di quest'ultimo contro contro Fraizer.
