In Islam, it is disrespectful to give depictions of any of the prophets. It has to do more with how early Christians and Jews viewed depictions. You do have Shia Muslims which are somewhat okay with historical respectful depiction but really they don't want depiction. The prophet is described quite a bit in the Hadiths as being white and I've seen how white some Middle Eastern people can look so really I would say it's not an accurate depiction.
