trying to visualise a video to this song, and i think it would be really cool to have it set in the 80s, in a typical teenage girl's room just swaying on her own to the music. She then sits on bed in front of a large mirror across the room and stares into it, as the reflection of the mirror gradually fades into the view of an 80s high school prom hall, essentially connecting the two rooms. As she stares into the prom hall from her bedroom, another lonely soul passes in front of her and they lock eyes. She grabs his hand and walks into the prom hall from her bedroom, and they cradle each other and sway to the music under the disco ball. Towards the end of the song, she enters back through the mirror into her bed room, just in time for the lyric 'she used to wait for him, but no more'. She lies on bed and reminisces. He enters through her bedroom door. The video fades out.
