Build a Fleshing Beam

@Justafarm dad cuts a section of Elm and builds a fleshing beam. The bottom section that is against the floor is a piece of 2x12, all else is Elm. All trees in this video were sustainably harvested. Remember before attempting any construction wear the proper PPE and follow all safety precautions.

nice! Love the "rustic" look and the use what you have mentality! I made mine a couple weeks ago out of a telephone pole and some metal flashing screwed into it down the sides

Great idea as well! I can definitely see the use of the flashing as I have scraped past my hide and into the beam.
