Gujarat state government don't give free electricity and freebies. Those thousands of Rs. goes in infrastructure development. If there is good infrastructure, peaceful society and political stability then industries will definitely put their money in that state.

Central government is not biased towards gujarat. The thing is state government has developed basic infrastructure 10 to 12 years ago. For example; water, roads and highways, schools, public transportation, electricity, government offices, hospitals etc. In these areas other states are still underdeveloped. so obviously funds released by central government will go to basic infrastructure development in other states and big projects in gujarat.

Gujarat has excess power and very stable electricity supply. You will not find generators in residential area. If power shut down is required, the power distribution company has to give advertisement in the news paper for date and time. Industries require power and water with least disturbance from burocracy and bahubalis.

Thoda kam feka karo Patel bhai, If you consider dirt, pan, faki, and mawa development then yes Rajkot is number one. Toilets in malls are like public bus station and there aren't even AC in the malls. Just see the Phoenix malls in other metro cities! It's hard to even find international brands and whatever there are will have very limited stocks. Traffic sense is the worst there! You will often find someone breaking signals, driving on the wrong side, and honking continuously like a moron. I wouldn't even talk about the old current airport. So, let's hope they don't turn the new ones into the trash as they do with any new projects they get. All they know is chest-thumping by saying "Rangilu Rajkot".

Central govt. doesn't really provide any support to any projects in Maharashtra... I am from Gujarat. I live in Ankleshwar which is in Bharuch district of Gujarat.
My district is one of the most industrialized district in India.
But roads in my district is one of the most poorest in whole country.
Except national highway all state and rural highways are in very bad shape.
Please come here and make a video on this ground reality. I will personally cooperate with you.
Whole country should know difficulties we local people face.
Politically from Taluka leve to District level to state level to central level There is BJP everywhere still there is the worst road conditions.
I have multiple times complained about this problem on State government SWAGAT PORTAL & central government PG Portal since last 4 years. But there isn't any positive response.
