I often experience emotional synesthesia while eating, watching people eating, or by looking at natural sources of water interacting with surfaces like rocks or soil and whatnot (I have ADHD and I'm autistic, so it is not uncommon for neurodivergent folks), so watching you building the shelter and pottering around in the forest just glued me to the screen and made me feel very grounded in myself...although I also felt a little as if I were there. Amen, but yet I don’t know how you don’t talk to yourself. I would be blabbering away. When I walk the beach and look for sea shells by myself, it’s my mental relaxation time, the sorting and finding gives me peace. But…I find I talk to the animate and inanimate all the same. lol. “Let me save you, ahh thought I didn’t see you…lol. Oh no what happened to you…”
You are getting your point across in the most imaginative and inspirational way. I want to clone you. Especially after the way you treated that little forest crab, like it was your friend. I often experience emotional synesthesia while eating, watching people eating, or by looking at natural sources of water interacting with surfaces like rocks or soil and whatnot (I have ADHD and I'm autistic, so it is not uncommon for neurodivergent folks), so watching you building the shelter and pottering around in the forest just glued me to the screen and made me feel very grounded in myself...although I also felt a little as if I were there.
