I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONE FOREVER! I fell asleep watching you tube videos (shoplifters at Walmart) and when I woke up, Justice for the People was on! Binge watching from the first episode now. LOVE YOU!
In the first case, the Defendant should have been up front about the bed and be specific what all it involves, she can't complain if she didn't explain thoroughly. In the second case, the Plaintiff is a hovering mother, so when the daughter gets away to college, of course she's going to experience being drunk. That's what college kids do, especially when they have a hovering mother. The Defendant didn't do anything wrong at all.
agree with the judge on the second case. If the girl had not drink anything at all between 9 PM and 4 AM, she would've been completely sober. Maybe she'd have a hangover but she would've sobered up. Clearly she drank more in between that . Lots of young people do stupid stuff with alcohol when they are inexperienced and some people even continue to do it when they are experienced. I may sell once drink on an empty stomach and would never ever do that again and I also want alternated between two things that never should've been alternated between in the same night and felt absolutely miserable afterward but in both cases I learned a very difficult lesson. Sounds like this girl just has to take her hard knocks and learn her lessons the hard way
I LOVE Judge Milian, but I liked the original format with far less drama. She's so smart and such a straight shooter and the drama part feels beneath her.
As a mechanic, I hate when people tell me how long a job should take 🙄 Shut up. You don’t know anything. You’re not the professional. Stay in your lane people.
Bravo! So many people think they are experts when they haven't got a clue. I'm NOT a mechanic, but have a brain. It takes what it takes, especially if someone is doing a GOOD JOB.
My grandfather used to say he had an agreement with the plumber, he doesn't work on the pipes and the plumber doesn't come to the club and play Pap's drums.
18:56 "Issues and events depicted... may be re-enactments for entertainment purposes only." Sad. I miss the cookiness of the real litigants. I'll still watch Judge MM, though. She's still feisty!
At the end of the credits there is a statement that says these cases are reenactments for entertainment purposes. So sad, I cannot understand how Judge Milian could sell out like this. Lost a lot of respect for her.
someone who is not the parent does not get to decide if a minor is allowed to drink. They can get slapped with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Some places will allow a parent to give small amounts of alcohol to their minor in their own home not in public but only the parent has the authority to decide that and that depends on where you're located. Not sure what the law is in their state.
I recently bought some new furniture and first..it was difficult to find people to assemble and second..it was crazy expensive. I had a table and 4 dining chairs assembled, took him 50 minutes and I paid $215 for that. 🤦🏽♀️🥴
I know the judge isn't speaking on underage drinking being illegal. On the People's Court, there was a group of people who rented an Air BNB, and left a bunch of cans of alcohol at the home. They had just graduated high school, and the judge was glad that they had a great time. She was condoning their behavior. She also got upset with litigants leaving the scene of an accident, but told of a time when her own child did the exact same thing. She did leave a note, but committed a crime. Proof that within the system, people pick and choose what to get upset over and don't follow their own precedent.
I remember that case. Just to clarify, it’s not a crime to get into an accident. Her daughter did exactly what she was supposed to do. She left a note with her contact Information.
You do realize the old one was scripted as well right ? Some of the cases were reused some of the people in court were on multiple different court shows with the same stories a lot of the cases are fake
Bad judgment on the bed. I would have split the baby 175 because the way I see it they both did something wrong. Yes, she should've been more forthcoming with the pictures including the head and sideboards, but she also did give him a heads up that it would likely be a two person job and he chose not to bring a second person which means that he needs to eat at least some of it.

I love all these “doesn’t feel real and drama” it’s like did you ever watch people’s court. It’s exactly the same. 😂
Case in point, the comment right above you. "Don't feel real anymore! SMH!"
It’s obvious that the judge is right about this situation, and the plaintiff’s daughter.
Justice for Stephanie Green 💚

Sounds like whatever choices The DAUGHTER makes that aren't the best in her mother's eyes are always going to be the fault of someone else
Where the hell is Douglas Macintosh?
Douglas probably wanted to move on to do other things
He doesn't want to work on fake case's
175 per hour is crazy!

Where is bailiff Douglas ?
This isn't the People's Court.
I miss him
2nd Case- Mom is a delusional blamer. Wake up, your 20 yo does all KINDS of things you don't know about.
Court case. She's a uses flat out. Hiding part of the job. She understands JMM she's just playing stupid to get out of paying.

The plaintiff charges $175 per hour to assembly and move furniture?
Sheesh. Who does he think he is….a plumber?
It's a QUEEN SIZED BED! He isn t superman bur she is an ignorant idiot.
Someone who knows what he's doing .
700 bucks to put a bed together. No chance. So fake It's just not even plausible.
1st woman is ridiculous, thinks because she told him 2 hours he should work for hours more for free. Fellow kept it classy at the end there.
How long does it take to put together a bed? And $175 an hour doesn't make sense to me.
This was a mechanical adjustable bed that came disassembled.
I recently bought some new furniture and first..it was difficult to find people to assemble and second..it was crazy expensive. I had a table and 4 dining chairs assembled, took him 50 minutes and I paid $215 for that. 🤦🏽♀️🥴
i have that exact bed for my great granny and it took me my friend bout 1h and a half two as it was kinda convoluted
IS THIS HER NEW SHOW??????
YES
Unfortunately.

It’s not easy being Judge Milian!
Good bye to this fake😢
The show's announcer creeps the hell out of me! WTF with talking like that?!
This is so sad....Judge Milian really you sold out....this is so scripted....I will never watch this show again
Sold out? She's been a paid tv judge for the past 22 years. You don't think People's Court was scripted?
You do realize the old one was scripted as well right ? Some of the cases were reused some of the people in court were on multiple different court shows with the same stories a lot of the cases are fake

You're Wrong.
This is boring, very boring, I think I need some Douglas.
What an Echo...are these guys actors...wow...terrible..judge judy did the same thing...Go back to the the original set up
The original set up won’t change the fake they they had actors I think people didn’t notice because it looked like a courtroom
