My brother died 5 years ago while hiking in the wilderness when he ran out of soap and tooth paste. The police officers said the smell was unbearable. God bless you for educating us all on wilderness safety.

Aspirin might be a better choice than soap in the wild
I agree but it might also be a dangerous choice of pain killer in the wild. There are plants and insects that can cause pain and inflammation but also have an anti clotting enzyme, aspirin is a blood thinner which could cause you to bleed out if cut.
