Hiii... Plzz replyy... I was soaked dry fruits with rum and wine in 2020 december... Is it safe to take it for making plum cake this year???? Theres no fungus seen...
I'm not sure, You can taste a bit of it and check just to be safe. If no sign of fungus and if it was stored airtight away from sunlight, tastes fine then use it.

Yes I used all the dry fruits 1 and 1/4 Cup of soaked fruits. Yes you can double the recipe bake in two batches, if baking in a 8 inch tin baking time will be less around 40-45 mins maybe not sure, insert toothpick in the centre and check after 40mins, pls note that the height of the cake also will be lesser than what's shown on the video as I baked in a 6 inch tin
