We kept splitting our hemerocallis Stella d’Oro and have lots of them now. Salvias like May Night and catmints like Walker’s Low are also great rebloomers for us with some deadheading. If anyone is looking for a really great hardy rose, Thérèse Bugnet is it. She reblooms and has a nice winter appeal with her red canes, almost like a dogwood but with thorns. We always love to show her in our garden tours because she is really beautiful, especially in bloom.

Dianthus or Sweet Williams....they bloom very long and you can deadhead them, or shear them off to rebloom

Stella d’oro also multiplies like crazy, so you can fill a space very quickly or even give away plants to friends and neighbours.
That's true William - they do multiply well and it's always nice to be able to share plants with friends and neighbours :)
How about Weigela 'Electric Love'? Lovely blooms on a fairly dense compact plant.
