Love this series! Wo doosri sweet dish ka name Shahi Tukray hai. Uss mai bread ko fry kar ke daalte hai. Aur wo biryani ke oopar pastry ki layer lagayi hui thi. And wo exact biryani jo inhon ne khaayi thi wo kpk ki special biryani hai. Biryani ke oopar kisi dough ya pastry ka dhakkan laga ke pakane ka style kafi common hai. Zyada tar log biryani ke oopar roti wale aate ki lid banate hai. Leken ye 5 star hotel tha to inhon ne fancy banne ke liye pastry ki lid banayi. Aur han Monal pe ye sirf view ke liye gaye theiy. Khana nahi khaya wahan pe because Monal ka khana acha hai leken buhat traditional ya exceptional nahi hai.
I had got my master from Qauid e azam university, Islamabad.. which mark visited firstly in the video. Its amazing place where students from all over the Pakistan study became admission here is on quotas system. Even though I have got post graduated from LUMS, Lahore and still living here Lahore. But I can say best two years of my acadmics of QAU. Whenever I go Islamabad I go there and at least take breakfast at majeed huts and refresh sweet memories

Shilpa dear Jub nashtay mai dhokla, fafda, idli, poha kha saktay hain to halwa, puri, sabzi, nihari, chawal, kerhai, paey bhi kha saktay hain. Waisay bhi nashta heavy kerna chahye. I personally love n enjoy both varieties (veg n non-veg) Krishna bhai, wo aatay ki layer thi biryani per. It is called Chilman biryani here in Pakistan. Crisis omelette mai leftover daaltay hai. Chahay qeema ho, daal, sabzi, qorma kuch bhi. Jo bhi salan bacha ho usko anday mai daal daitay hain.
Monal (the restaurant at the hill) skip kar diya tha, for some reason. Woh afgani jagha normal/cheap wali thi. Afghani Tikka, Afghani chatni aur Afghani fusion foods(Jo mostly Islamabad aur thori bohat Peshawar main Invent hui theen) Peshawar and especially Islamabad main bohat popular hain, aur Kabuli palau tou hemesha say KPK aur surounding areas main milta hay. Plus Zyada tar Afghani Dishes Afganistan kay Pathans/Pakhtoon say originate karti hain, so they can be considered Pakistani foods from the Indian point of view (because Punjabi dishes and those from Karachi are extremely similar to their Indian counter parts).

The hotel's name is Monal Hotel, situated on the mountains. From here, the view of Islamabad delivers the heart. The hotel can eat one meal of Rs. 3000 thousand rupees. Islamabad is very peaceful town. Does not happen
It's indeed Quaid e Azam University Islamabad, the place where I did my graduation from. I have been enjoying these food items for 4 years at majeed hut and many others.
