I didn't know what was going to happen just a few weeks after making that post. I remarried in 2017. Next week will be the 1st Thanksgiving without my beautiful bride. She passed away in Dec 2022 from breast cancer and my heart is still completely 💔. I had to come listen to this song to say Thank You Lord for placing that amazing woman in my life. We thought we'd have more time together . The devastation of her absence haunts me each and every day. Thank you Lord for blessing me and for allowing me to feel what it was like to be loved unconditionally for the 1st time in my life. I will never forget her. Until we meet again, my beloved, thank you. 😢

I know throughout this pandemic, whether you believe it or not, we’ve all had to sit with some stark, harsh realities. This life is not promised. It should not be taken for granted. I’ve definitely made my share of mistakes and plenty of mistakes for others as well, lol. I still struggle with temptation, desire and instant gratification.
