Hello. Very good to tell us what to do with the Polychromos. So I noticed as you said the difference between those 2 Derwent and Poly. The poly needs more layings and Derwent less because they are pigment more. My English is terrible, sorry. Very helpfull. I finish coloring a picture in Maria Trolle and then I will go in small victories. Yes love it. So thérapeutique to color. So what do you think with your new Derwent Lightfas ? Merci beaucoup. Corinne
It’s not really that they are more pigmented as such, they are both very pigmented. I feel like the Lightfast is slightly softer, so it lays down more pigment in the one layer, while Polychromos is just a little bit harder in the core, and slightly more translucent, so could often need one or two more layers 😊 I really hope that makes sense.
Hello I've got my Derwent Lightfast and I am very please. What you said I can understand it better now because I swatch them and I see the difference. They are easier than the Polychromos to colour with. I love them. So I will follow one of your videos to colour in small victories.@@MaritsColourfulAdventures
