Need to assign PDX, SDX, If any surgery has done by the physicians( PCS) and DRG codes (CC&MCC) Is the procedure right??

If reason for admission was surgery we have to use pcs codes for that and also PDX should be related to that surgery however PDX should be based on circumstances on admission not always related to surgery.
Code also additional conditions available in the charts it may act as cc /mcc.
Finally drg will be automatically captured be software.

For ex: fall from tree, trauma, mva, ect
