I just hope the 80s come back. I have a slight feeling that this will happen soon in music. I mean in fashion the 80s are back for a long time. And there are also a lot of tv shows about the 80s. In general it seems like the past becomes modern again.

29:21 the Queen logo for the name is exactly the same as a tee shirt Freddie was wearing in a photograph taken with his family when he was 16. It's in a bio of his early life here on youtube. He's standing between his father, presumably his grandmother and his mother as an only child, wearing that tee shirt with an open jacket over it.
Thank you from the bottom of my Queen-loving heart for making a great biography starting as boys &, the unique way they found each other....Zanzibar across the world sees one fellow move to Feltham where Brian lived !!! What's the odds ??? Tbis video delving into each one's origin becomes the best documentary there is about Queen. ! ... you've done a heartwarming job by going far into each mate's beginning. I've read 12 books about Queen & you still surprised me with alot ... THANK U ! 😊 👑
Queen will always be my favorite rock band forever because Freddie Mercury made them so famous and he was amazingly talented I'm so sad that he died from HIV AIDS at 45 years old I wish that he was still alive today he would be 77 years old today on September 5th 1946 I will always love y😢❤❤❤❤
Interesting use of interviews.scenes from early in Queen's career...but new presentation. I've been proud Roger's reading habits resulted in the "News of The World" album cover. Roger's thinking gave them the "Jazz" album cover also. I love the input by Ken Testi and Mike Bersin (IBEX) -- informative, fun and appreciative recall of their association with Freddie.
Thank you Grapevine Documentaries, that was a beautifully crafted story of our beloved Queen... we thank you so much.. BUT.. that's only half the story. Might I suggest you continue the phenomenal story of the band in a part two documentary and tell of Paul Rodgers accomplishments and the introduction of Adam Lambert to the band. The sheer tenacity of the surviving members of Queen is a tribute to Freddie's ideal of "The Show Must Go On"... and they deserve the historical accolades of their achievements... In my world, they will ALL be LEGENDS FOREVER... blessings.
What made them so successful was none of them were alike they each had there own unique talent none of them tried to out do the other, they all needed each other, even now with Adam Lambert he can never replace freddie. He is wonderful on his own to me it's like riding on Queens coat tales. He would do just fine on his own, same way Brian and Roger could have let Queen continue on a softer side they both have great voices true there not Freddie nobody is or ever will sing like Freddie.True Queen fans pick up on notes and sounds that only Freddie can do. So to try to copy him or imitate him just makes no sense and makes me sad. The sadest day in Rock History is when Freddie past away 33 years later I still cry when I hear certain songs or watch his video's. There was just something about him a kind soul. ✌️💚 Rest in Peace.
