I'm convinced they know how dumb it is to ask for a proof for package not received but they laughing their ass off with shit like these so they just keep doing it
We drivers know how dumb it is for home owners to put "Deliver to Leasing Office" yet we deliver knowing the customer is going to say "Driver didn't follow instructions" when we deliver it to their front door. Many aspects are dumb but we all have to put up with the idiocy.
It’s 2023 now amazon customer service it’s more sh1t rn than ever before. If you have a lost/stolen package or if your package is empty, you need to file a police report and they keep playing too like sending proof that your package didn’t arrive.
The driver support is just as bad tbh. Sometimes the delivery location (we have to deliver within a circle on the map or it will not allow us to) will be completely wrong on the map and we have to call driver support to ask them to fix it. When i was in boston that could take up to 15 minutes for a single stop, and we were expected to get 25+ stops an hour. Its better where i deliver now but dude some days this job can be a living hell
Haha I had Deliveroo send me proof that my food wasnt delivered. Like wtf I could of just sent them a pic of whatever. So anyway I sent them a picture I took in the dark and they refunded me 😂
I ordered mine when everything was in stock. It stayed in ordered for 8 days and when I called they said they fill prime first. They do it intentionally so you waste money on prime. Pathetic really. I'm filling a claim with authorities
I don’t know if I’m the only person that HASN’T experienced this or not, but I have never had this issue. I have a theory though. I don’t often have issues with my packages so most of the time I don’t need to report issues with packages. I wonder if because I have a low Maintenance account they are more willing or more accepting to send refunds or resend the items without question versus people who have had a certain amount of issues with their orders, thus they are red flagged and Amazon doesn’t trust them? (Also I am not saying y’all are being shady, shit happens obvi and there could be a plenty of reasons why you don’t receive a package.)
Possibly. I don’t order from Amazon unless I can’t find the product elsewhere, so this works out to four or five orders per year. However, 1 out of 8 Amazon orders is dropped off at the wrong address. I also get packages for people who live four miles away. Usually, Amazon blames the shipper for the screw ups in delivery.

I bought a tv recently from Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered by UPS, I didn’t receive it although it was marked delivered. Now am thinking about not buying big ticket items from Amazon anymore just buying it from local stores.
My Amazon order arrived empty, that’s right got an empty bubble envelope and it was open. This is the second time that they did this. I think I had to phone them the last time because they showed me the pic the driver took.
