Jackal was all my wife, my baby blah blah cry, cry and got in to two accidens because of that. He was so scared of his wife leaving that he did not had a honest convo with her. He could of tell his wife some of whats going on - she has seen his mug all over media, she know who he was and get her and baaby to safe location and then concentrate on the job at hand rather than getting in two car accident because he was so distracted by family drama.
Bianca was not a believable operative till you find out the one giving her the go ahead is corrupt. It makes more sense the leeway she was given for this operation. I was annoyed with her characters writing at first till the last episode then it made all sense. Winthrop was an idiot. After commending the jackal for going after that other guy Son, the one who put out the head on his own father, and then didn’t pay the jackal he commended him. He respected him for that he went back into a city that was crawling with cops, looking for him and pulled off an assassination. And his genius idea is to double cross this person?
To have Bianca as a special investigator was just the wrong casting. She was unconvincing and wrongly casted, in my opinion. I am happy that they ended that character and I hope that they will move forward with the same pacing and style as they have had so far.
He is english SAS .you have to have min 10inch just to start training , looked like a crash to you guys , for him it was just stopping quickly for a slash
I wish Duggan and Bianca would of had to put their differences aside to work together to stop Winthrop in season 2 but I assume that's not happening anymore.
Maybe the writers thought that would be too predictable. I mean perhaps osi sent another agent to help Bianca or may have been the others members of the river app. I don’t know but can’t wait for season 2.
Some will be saying that she's a DEI hire, which pretty much means they don't like her because she's black. There is legitimate criticism to be made of the character of course. Personally I thought she was okay but Redmayne sort of stole the show.
I am also interested in the character of Zina and how smoothly she operates. Since the Jackal now “trusts” her, do you think she will become his handler and goto person for future projects?

To watch a cold and deadly assassin have emotional outbursts is a little sad and unrealistic, much like Bianca's character. At least they dealt with one of those problems.
which actually makes this show more realistic. he's human. not a one dimensional robotic "tough" assassin that is invensible. giving him a family also add's more realism and nuance to him. real psychopaths and killers have families and look unassuming. most serial killers don't look scary.
Let me guess the ending of the season 2 and rhe whole series: Jackal kills all the heads who asked for kill, he kills MI6 controversial agents and then he dies. Booo, very unpredictable. The tv show has a character development problem: Jackal has guilty conscience about innocent people killed at the wedding but has no issue in killing innocent people to achieve his goals. I mean common man, make up your mind...
Out of all the great TV shows I've watched this year this one is my favorite. Anyone familiar with the Jackal knows that anybody that fucks him over dies. I mean Jack Black got his hand blown off by Bruce Willis when he was the jackal. I'm surprised they didn't release River and I'm surprised that they tried to kill Xena. I didn't realize that until after I watched it. I can't wait for a season 2 I know it's going to be a couple years but I can't wait. I don't think the Jackal will be able to find Nuria...... at least not right away. So the mole wasn't revealed? Imagine that doesn't matter now.

That's a little dumb really to say the least... to go into his house in his territory and on his terms... slipped on that part of the storyline... the rest amazing... even happy Bianca didn't survive but the Jackal did!
Yeah, I also thought it was dumb for them to do that, going into the wolf's den. But, in reality that happens all the time, when people think too much of themselves and don't size up their opponent correctly. Like Dirty Harry used to say, "A man's gotta know his limitations".
Yeah, the ending seemed a little rushed. But, I also think the details of the crash scene will be fleshed out in season 2. Seems like it was an attack.
